10 Min. Workout

Another short and sweaty workout for those of you who are on a time crunch, but still would like a workout during the busy day. This workout is in the same format as the last 10 Min workout that I posted and it will also have you perform each exercise for 1 minute before then moving immediately to the next workout with a 1 minute break somewhere in between. Enjoy!

10 Minute Circuit

– 1 Min. Mountain Climbers

– 1 Min. Pushups

– 1 Min. Jump Squats

– 1 Min. Wall sit (Thighs parallel to floor)

– 1 Min. Rest

– 1 Min. Mountain Climbers

– 1 Min. Pushups

– 1 Min. Jump Squats

– 1 Min. Plank

– 1 Min. Scissor Kicks
